“Emailed a bunch of places for an initial quote for a one-way limo ride up to Hollywood, and Nexus was BY FAR the best in terms of price per hour, a 2-hour minimum (as opposed to 4-hour), as well as charges for running over being in 15-minute increments (as opposed to 1-hour) and time beginning from the time they pick you up to drop you off (as opposed to when they leave their own garage and return to their own garage).
I called, had no problem getting through, and made a quick reservation.
Called again the week of the reservation to confirm (again zero problems getting through), and change the pickup address with no problem. Responder was friendly, courteous, prompt, and competent.
On the day of service, the limo arrived 40 minutes early. SO NICE to have him there without us worrying if he would show up or be late!!! He waited patiently for us, and we were even able to give him the addresses for our route ahead of time so he could prepare. The limo was extremely clean, well-kept, the driver was courteous and professional, and the 6-person limo could easily have fit 10 girls in it! As it was, the 5 of us had tons of extra space. The inside had cool lighting, and waters and beers.
We made it to our stops with no problems at all, and the driver gave me a card where I just called him a few minutes before we were ready to leave, and he was ready and waiting for us outside. Because I had given a credit card over the phone, at our last stop we didn’t have to worry about paperwork or fumbling with cash. Tip was included in the rate, so we didn’t have to worry about that either. We just hopped out of the limo and went on our way.
Friendly, courteous, professional service. The best rates for a limo BY FAR from what I researched. Reliable, clean, sleek vehicle. I will DEFINITELY use Nexus again, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any and everyone. WONDERFUL experience!!!”

I booked at the last minute (a couple hours before landing) for an airport transfer from LAX (my ride had a sudden schedule change and couldn’t make it) and I was really blown away by how great the service was!
